Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
We work diligently to ship purchases of in stock merchandise made by Noon Island time or Eastern Time the same business day. Purchases of in stock merchandise made after Noon Eastern or on Saturday or Sunday generally ship the following business day. In a few cases stock comes directly from the Virgin Islands so this can take a little longer if it misses the boat!
Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. In either instance, you will be alerted and provided an approximate date of shipment. Any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order.

For USPS 2nd Day: We now offer an Express mail option. Cost is $28.00 per shipment.

Change OrderOrders can not be changed once submitted.
Shipping AddressesWhen you set up your account online, you enter a separate shipping address and even save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
How HIHO Returns & Exchanges work
Something not quite right? As long as your purchase is unworn and unwashed, not a problem.
Only items purchased on our website are returnable to us. Merchandise purchased at wholesale accounts are not eligible to be returned through go-hiho.com - please contact the store where you make your purchase
Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase in order to receive a refund.
Exchanges are on us within 28 days of purchase. Sale item are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. All else is fair game.
How much do returns cost? Returns are at your cost unless you choose to add the Free Unlimited Return via Redo (within the US) option offered.
How do I start a return?
It’s super easy. Visit our Return Center:

to start your return. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code — your choice. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.
Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
Not at all. Ship your return back in your preferred packaging. We just ask that it’s shipped in a container that protects the merchandise so as to avoid damage in transit.
Is an order slip required?
Nope! We have all the information we need, so long as your returned product still has its original tags intact and you use the shipping label we provide to you.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or faulty product?
Sorry about that! After starting your return, select Item received is damaged, faulty or incorrect under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange. Your new item will ship to you as soon as the return is in transit!
Where can I find my shipping label?
Once you start your return, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email for easy access.
How long does it take to ship an exchange?
Exchanges ship instantly! We ship your exchange as soon as you request it - even before you send back your original item.
How long does it take to get my refund?
This will vary, but refunds are processed after 10 days of the receipt of the returned item if not before.
